Using 24 tortillas spread approximately 16 ounces of cream cheese between them. Using one and 1/2 pounds of turkey and pepperoni slices layer the meat in alternate slices on each of the tortillas. Brush both sides of tortillas with water and put them on a plastic wrap sheet. Mix half a cup of mayo based ready-made salad dressing with 2 teaspoons of honey mustard and spread it on one side of the tortillas.
Sprinkle some roast turkey and roast beef shavings on top of them. Place slices of Swiss cheese or Colby on top and sprinkle green olives with pimento on top.
Next sprinkle grated carrots and alfalfa sprouts on top and season with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle on torn spinach leaves and lettuce leaves for a crunchy texture. Roll it to the last half-inch and wrap firmly in a plastic wrap sheet. Place it in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight and then remove the plastic wrap and slice it in half before serving.
