Making the Austrian bread

You can easily make a one pound loaf in your home. You can make use of ready made bread flour which should be easily available at the supermarket. Apart from the bread flour you will need some ground all spice, rosemary, fruit concentrate, rye flour, gluten flour and active dry yeast. Of course you will need the regular bread baking items like water, salt, oil and the likes as well.

Basically you will have to start off with mixing the ingredients slowly adding in the remaining ones in to a machine pan. Be careful not to dump them all together in one spot rather gradually and carefully add the ingredients. Next up you will be required to create a well near the machine paddles. This will be done so as to collect the warm water in order to add the yeast. After the yeast has been added you can place in the machine and bake the bread on basic white bread setting.

If you are not interested in baking it in this way then you can always make use of your oven to prepare the Austrian bread. Prior to putting it in the oven you will be required to cover up the mixture and let it rise for about half an hour. In the mean time you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Once the bread has risen you can place it in the oven. Your bread should be ready in less than twenty five minutes but you should keep a close watch on the bread while it is in the oven. This is because oven temperatures tend to vary and as it is baking time will depend upon the size of the loaf. Once ready you can enjoy this easy to make yet delicious loaf of Austrian bread.
