Cooking the Stir-Fry Vegetables
Start by greasing a large skillet with a non-stick spray coating. Preheat this skillet over medium flame. Stir fry 1 1/2 cups of fresh broccoli florets, one medium red sweet pepper sliced into 3/4 inch squares as well as one medium chopped onion and cook for four minutes. Remove it from the skillet and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
