Because Corralejo has one of the biggest resorts on the entire islands there is a great nightlife for adults, considering Fuerteventura is one of the quietest islands of all the Canary Islands. If travelling with children one can stay at any one of the family friendly hotels which offer babysitting services. In 2011 Bahiazul Excellence won the Traveller’s Choice Award for the best family hotel on the island. Such hotels allow parents the freedom to enjoy the vibrant nightlife on the resort.

The most vibrant nightlife area of Corralejo is Centro Commercial Atlantico which has numerous bars. Flicks Bar is usually the busiest bar and offers karaoke and a dance floor. Bars and clubs in the main strip of the island include large discos and intimate bars and lounges. These include Café Blanco, Kiwi, Bar Old Daddy, and Rock Café. There is also Rosie O’ Grady’s, which is an Irish bar and restaurant.  For live music places include Imagine. This is a sit-down venue with waiter serving.

Corralejo Fuerteventura Water Park

One of the most famous water parks in Fuerteventura is located in Corralejo. This is the Baku Baku Water Park. The park is an excellent place to take the entire family as there are activities suitable for people of all ages, and activities that the entire family can do together. Other than the obvious water rides and swimming pools, there is also a driving range, a golf range, and ten pin bowling.

This park is only open during the summer, from 28 May to 16 September. Operating hours are from 10am to 6pm every day. One day passes cost children and seniors 19 Euros and adults 25 Euros. Two day passes are available for adults at 38 Euros and 29 Euros for kids and seniors. These prices do not include things like water safety jackets, lockers, food, etc.

Corralejo Fuerteventura Restaurants

One of the busiest areas of the resort, Centro Commercial Atlantico is full of bars, discos and restaurants. As an expanding resort there are always new restaurants springing up. Previous travellers to Corralejo have voted their favourite restaurants, and the top restaurants include La Cabana Asturiana, El Andaluz, Café de Viena, La Factoria and Poco Loco.

There are many other restaurants, include Temple Bar and Restaurant which is ideal for family meals and romantic dinners. Avenida is a family-friendly restaurant which is very affordable and serves excellent local cuisine. Another budget friendly restaurant is Point Restaurant.
Typical restaurant prices in Corralejo range between USD11 to USD21. With budget restaurants such as those mentioned above costing less.
Other than restaurants serving Spanish cuisine (this is Spain after-all), there are plenty of restaurants serving international cuisine. There is the Amber Indian Restaurant which is widely thought to serve the best Indian cuisine on the island. La Oliva is the best Italian restaurant on the island.
