The Canada based company, Canada Goose designs outerwear for climates with extreme cold. The Expedition Vostok Parka was inspired by the need for apparel in the cold of Antarctica. At least once a year a group of scientists from the National Science Foundation, as well as researchers from around the world visit the research station at frozen Vostok Lake in Antarctica.
