La germainiere farmhouse is set in a beautiful natural surrounding amidst an unspoiled rolling countryside. Lovely sandy beaches are situated 15 minutes away from the farmhouse. The structure is a magnificent refurbished stone house with gardens surrounding it. The farmhouse also boasts a heated private pool along with a large lounge with a very inviting open fireplace creating a wonderful environment for the visitors.
This unique farmhouse is decked with all sorts of modern amenities yet it is structured according to the traditional French countryside style. The farmhouse is a two-story building. On the first floor is an exquisitely decorated Master bedroom with a large king size bed as well as an en suite shower. The second floor sports three more twin bedrooms all of them having a shower room and the WC. Both the floors have an oil fired central heating system.

A beautiful covered dining area has been set up in the lawned garden. The place also has a barbecue area which gives you the opportunity to enjoy good food on the outside. If you want to get a taste of the local cuisine you can take a walk to end up at an amazing close by restaurant. Gavray is situated at a distance of 6 km from the property. Drive 15 minutes and you will end up at amazing peaceful unspoiled beaches with the opportunity to hold up small events on the seaside.
Also close by is the weekly calf market which happens to be the major attraction for tourists to the region. The pannier is another exciting place to explore in the region. Since the property is located close to the coast you have a host of water activities like sailing, fishing and swimming to engage in. Special golf courses have been developed around the area and the natural setting makes it an excellent place to go for a walk or cycling. You will also be able to enjoy a trip around the region on horseback.
The La Germainiere farmhouse can be rented out by families and couples for special celebrations or family reunions. It has the capacity to sleep up to 12 people in full comfort. Depending upon the season renting out the farmhouse could cost you anywhere between €600-€2050. The prices includes hot water, heating and electricity supply as well as the enormous fireplace, washing machine and tumble dryer.
